A Taste of Emilia-Romagna

I took your "A Taste of Emilia Romagna" trip a few weeks ago. I have to tell you that it was absolutely wonderful. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The Hotel Monte Del Re was picture perfect. Our cooking classes with Bruno, the hotel's chef, taught us fantastic authentic Italian dishes. The entire hotel staff made us feel like family. I came home with some wonderful recipes as well as memories. This is a vacation I would recommend to anyone who likes to cook or just wants to learn how to cook "Italian". I can't wait to go back.
