Specifically designed for food and wine enthusiasts, our five night program explores the back roads and hidden treasures of one of Italy’s most beautiful regions. Guests will be accommodated in Radda in Chianti, located in the heart of Tuscany, at the Palazzo Leopoldo, an elegant 18th century manor house. In addition, our program included two ‘hands-on cooking lessons, a visit to one of the area’s most beautiful wine estates, a visit to an ancient olive oil press and a local farm.

• Five nights accommodations in Radda in Chianti, at the superior four star Palazzo Leopoldo
• Buffet breakfast daily, hotel taxes and service charges
• Two, 2 hour ‘hands-on’ cooking lessons, available every day at 5:00pm followed by dinner with wine served in the magnificent 1800 century kitchen at the Palazzo Leopoldo. The event will end at 9:00pm.
